Nagulyak Peter Ivanovich was born on October 8, 1965 in the village Kokhanivka Anan'evskij region Odessa region.
1984-1989 gg. - Training in Graphic Art Faculty of the Odessa State Pedagogical Institute.
Since 1986 he has participated in exhibitions : urban, regional , team , All-Ukrainian .
NSHU member since 2003

From September 9 to October 9 in Odessa Literary Museum hosts an exhibition of paintings of Peter Nagulyaka "Palette of the South" .
