The winner of the most prestigious in the world of dog shows began pekingese

In New York, held the most prestigious dog competition Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. According to Reuters, the 2012 winner of the dog show was a Pekinese named Malachi (Malachy). Pekingese dog breed won the main prize of the exhibition for the first time since 1900.

Malachi contenders were 2077 purebred dogs representing 185 different species, indicating Bloomberg. The contest lasted two days - from 13 to 14 February.
