Famous Armenian art critic Shaen Khachatryan is launching a new educational project of art criticism - Issue 20 books in the series "to know and love."
Here's how he Shaen Gevorg says about his project: "to know and love ... Small albums under the motto addressed the young art-lovers. Three of them are devoted to those who gave Armenia a number of remarkable works of art. In the other - they will be about twenty - we tell you about our brightest and most significant visual artists. The author's goal is concise and accessible explanations to help young readers understand the paintings - the peculiarity of their construction and form, and the sound of their combination of colors that are attached to these thoughts and feelings. As a rule, particularly expressive language and style of works of art add vitality and longevity. "
Today we have an opportunity to improve their Art and education by reading the first three books of the series "to know and love." The first book devoted philanthropist Jacob Ekizleru (Ekizyan). This remarkable man was the first of the donors filled the national Gallery of Armenia a large collection of paintings. It is about thirty works of Armenian and European masters. All of them, according to Shaen Khachatryan, "masterpieces of painting, the pride of the gallery."
The second book is devoted to the artist's work Petros Kontradzhyana (Bedau). I like his work .
