Luzhkov proposes to take away business from the oligarchs
Yesterday, at an enlarged meeting of political council of the Moscow regional branch of United Russia, Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov called for the State to select the business oligarchs and put it on the market after the crisis is over. The party greeted the proposal with applause.
Yuri Luzhkov is more interested in root causes of the crisis and the strategic actions that, in his opinion, should take the government.
First of all, he indicated that in the crisis to blame for America, which in Marx's scheme of "money-commodity-money replaced goods" wrappers "which has flooded the entire world." And noted that Russia has no preconditions for the crisis, there has been no: possesses huge reserves, the stabilization fund, etc. "Who is to blame for the fact that our country is increasingly involved in crisis?" - Himself, asked the Mayor and he himself had an answer: - The State in the 90 years, which prevented the distribution of natural resources to those who were not able to develop these industries. " Mr. Luzhkov lashed out at a business that is "dialed in foreign banks 570 billion dollars" to buy a football team and the yacht, and now the government has to do everything "to prevent the bankruptcy of strategic industries, which provide the country's sovereignty." Moreover, Mr. Luzhkov got personal, calling among those "aluminum industry, Khodorkovsky, Abramovich, Norilsk Nickel. "The state should take away this business, but not in order to build state capitalism, but to put on the market, when the crisis ends," - concluded the Mayor.
