Yesterday on Russian television on channel TV Center , was featured a story about Georgy Shishkin titled "Russian artist was recognized in Monaco": http://www.tvc.ru/ShowNews.aspx ? id... -3e908fdd8589.

Recently , while in Monaco, I went to the cathedral to see where George Shishkin paintings , which I read here : http://forum.artinvestment.ru/showthread.php?t=128531. Indeed, impressive!
 

I learned about this artist , when he participated in the exhibition of Russian artists in Paris on the 150th anniversary of Alexander Nevsky Cathedral (see my topic http://forum.artinvestment.ru/showthread.php?t=140331 .) Until then, I only heard his name. I was glad to see a picture of your own eyes. A unique kind of style.
