 I love old things - especially the so-called "hull form ': Inlaid caskets,
Shabby time capsule.
I like the connection monumental forms with a whimsical lines - as in medieval and baroque architecture, and in old clocks and musical instruments.
In nature, most fascinating light - its variability, the effect of light and shade and dashing opening gaps in the clouds of pure heaven.
Working with still life, I began to feel that my favorite subjects in their recognition of
picture does not meet my understanding of the organic connection of artistic form and light.
This is how the series works with melting in the yellow-orange variety of forms. Alternative to their full
dissolution of steel "Universum". Black and white figures, poostrennye of color planes, they
perceived by someone as a "thing in itself", and my seven-year old daughter, compares them with the magic
chests.
For me, this is an opportunity to unite and express by means of fine art that I
tried to express in words above.
