Default * Please help to identify the artist

Good day , ladies ! Size 50h35 . Oil on canvas pasted on cardboard on the back of the label the name of the artist is so burnt out that reading it is not possible. Tried in the ultraviolet. Visible to the first letter "I" ( with a probability of 90%), then just guesses. Can you tell me the artist and get an estimate of the work. The picture is called " Winter Morning ."

Thanks in advance !

The point, in my opinion, dead.

Study how to study, it is a passing, though not harmful.

City, then at least have determined that depicts?

Guriev, Igor, no, the city was not identified.
The only clue is a label with - Yalta art workshops.
But as far as I can remember in Yalta there is a building similar to the Kremlin or the church.
And in general, in my opinion landscape is not Yalta.
Something closer to Kiev, I would say ...

Catholic church in Yalta, it is, but not like that.

And this is more like a German church in Odessa.
now so looks like.

Amateur, does not look like .. We must then search for all similar buildings with adjacent park. And it could be any city in the world. Suddenly, memories of the artist wrote about a trip to Prague .. for example ..

Tell me please, does not generally restore faded inscription? Suddenly, what had already come up with scientific minds - dripped and shone )))

In general, I thought it was St. Olaf's Church in Tallinn.

Maybe they came up , but keep in stozha -and-a - Isham Quantization secret ... <! - ~ 1 ~ -> I think can help the old antiquated way. It is well known that the inscriptions made by carbon- graphic materials (in particular - and some other graphite pencils , charcoal, ink ) is well detected in the infrared radiation. Faded inscription, executed in ink (not always, but for the most part) can be detected in the UV luminescence. The more powerful source, the greater the likelihood of achieving the result ( Household UV lamp is not very suitable , but you can try ). Then the inscription recorded in the ICL or the UFL can be processed in Photoshop (try to play with the brightness, contrast , and various filters ). Sometimes you can recover the contents of most of the fragment.
You also need to read the author's name ? The first letter you already have ; DISASSEMBLE at least another couple , and then - the method of selection (aka - unscientific method of spear ). Good luck.

Evro, starting from the "I" in the beginning of the surname, it may well be the work of Stepan Yarovoy Kalinovich.
He lived and worked in the Crimea, had been in the creative journeys and the Baltics, and Russia.
