Victor S. Kazarin (b. 1948) - seventies , a representative of non-art , the ideologist of the "Russian neoeskspressionizma " and " postsuprematizma ."

Fame came to him with the late -1970s , during the period of participation in regular exhibitions of the Moscow Joint Committee of Graphic Artists ( MOKHG ) in the legendary hall at Little Georgia 28. Since the early 1980s, Victor Kazarin entered into the core of " gorkomovskoy " group "21" ( A.Zverev , B.Bich etc.).
