Yes, indeed, China 's hard to say how old - in any case, this XX century , not before , I think about 1950 .
I would say that this is such a big greeting " card" , the inscription on the right - 以 介 眉 寿 - is the Chinese desire longevity.
2 left mark - most likely the name may肵 辛, but the first character is highly questionable , not sure what I have read it correctly . Print blurred , does not allow the sign test. I do not know an artist , and did not think it has drawn some well-known artist , a thing quite typical and ordinary , such frequent . It is worth so much , for how much a buyer can find affordable, in my opinion.
