There were hundreds of writers, this is not a painting, so kitsch is likely the first half of the 20th century, England or North relative, I suppose.

Well, and do everything according to the rules
1. Author.
2. Material and equipment manufacturing ( oil on canvas , cardboard , paper, pastels , watercolors , lithographs , oil, pencil , etc.).
3. Size ( horizontal x vertical for painting).
4. Creation time (1899 /early. , Mid twentieth century. And so on).
5. Captions, labels , stamps, birochki (if available - be sure the photo).
6. State ( breaks, debris , scrapes ).
7. Expert opinion ( if any) - Name of organization + expert.
8. High-quality photograph of the picture , the back of the painting, photo captions ( if any).
9. Origin of the picture.
10. Any other information useful for the attribution of the painting.

the problem lies elsewhere , I do not know who the author and is not quite picture the picture is scanned picture with a booklet of the Moscow exhibition, it is a name on business cards and lost the originals , I 'm trying to find the author so that it was possible to get this picture in high resolution !
