The establishment of the Association artgalerey Ukraine marked a new stage of development of the art market in Ukraine. This is an attempt to unite the various arts organizations, art centers and galleries with a view to structuring the art market, the introduction of civilized forms of competition in its relations with artists, art critics, managers, sponsors.

The objectives of the Association:

    * To promote the development of the art market of Ukraine;
    * Support for galleries, art centers, artists, art critics, managers, public cultural organizations in a market economy;
    * Social protection of artists;
    * The development of institutional capacity for the development of the artistic process in Ukraine;
