who has more chances to reveal - the secured artist or the artist, who must constantly strive for? or is it solely a question of talent?

I think if "equal talent" (hypothetically possible to prevent this) if necessary to the survival, of course, likely more. Still, determining here-the degree of talent.

I think the truth is, as always, somewhere in the middle way: the artist should be "fed up" (so as not to faint under the weight of the brush /pencil, so that today or tomorrow, no one kicked out of the house /shop), but not had enough (in ideal conditions in all senses artist disappears) ...
