But I said that it is theoretically ideal.
In life everything is not so straightforward. We are talking at a seminar on options, the amount of work, cost. I hope that after the seminar by the audience there a structured plan of action with clear scope of work. And now the main thing - it is a recipe of 100%success? No.
For example at a seminar I say that there are PR managers who perform all org. questions, and while their services are at times less than the PR agencies. What's easier to hire them. But no. They (PR agents) as people experienced in turn and look at the work and the people they hire and evaluate the prospects of gain or not. And often I hear from them refusing to take up PR activity promotion in mind the prospect of succeeding.
