About the artist UL GUIDI I found something on the sites:

The second is even a reproduction of two of his paintings, on the plot and design (too sumptuous, in my opinion) like yours - I brought them in the appendix. And who is this particular UL GUIDI, will be hard to find: GUIDI a very common surname in Italy, and Your UL GUIDI, apparently, not very well known. Good luck in search!

But is such an artist is (was)? A sculptor Ugo Guidi, possibly, he was engaged in painting, but he was born in 1912 and could not write for the "fugitive nobles.
