Not agree. Articles by themselves sufficient severity (one item. 164 what is, and then to 164, I think the whole episode was one), and operate these articles well enough, the practice of investigative and judiciary are. In an information link is not part of the OFAC relevant articles of the Criminal Code, which establish the offense, but considering the amount of talking in the message, I believe that the offenses were either serious or moderate severity.
