If you prefer, you can obtain accreditation in the DHL and then be able to independently, without involvement of delivery services auctions, send them a courier for the goods and pay for everything directly in Russia, together with all customs duties and taxes. All zamorochki with their customs accepts the auction itself, if it really meets their status.

Incidentally, Russian TNT takes on such cases - that is literally everything (from the fence before packing and delivery) but there the customs declaration to Customs. And take not so expensive. So hitch a single piece of paper. Maybe auctions may actually make the damn declaration? You had such an experience?
