Amount in Belgian francs ( if you can call sum) can not beat the amount in euros ( rate should be 40,3399:1 ). As for the picture itself and the artist can not say anything . Sought Japanese surrealist painter early XX century Harue Koga, but his work is not like this at all ( in my opinion) .
