The dispute over the collection of de Bouar arose after his death in September 2009. The agency notes that the collection should pass to his widow and children, but it took Elizavetino. At the moment the court is considering a lawsuit child collector "Solicitation of unlawful possession of icons and the restoration of estates." It is assumed that at the last meeting be signed settlement agreement. The solemn transfer of the heirs of the icons will be held January 30 in the Museum of Russian icons.

Collection de Bouar, which is estimated to date =============, is one of the largest private collections of icons in Russia. In total, it includes 192 icons, rare specimens of the XIV-XVII centuries, as well as icons of modern times XVIII - early XX century.
