По умолчанию Bonington or Isabey?

Dear experts, I suggest you the mystery of attribution:

Richard Parkes Bonington (1802-1828), English painter, representative of the Romantic movement of landscape painting. From 1817 in France, a pupil of Antoine Jean Gros, associate of Eugene Delacroix. Had a great influence on the development of landscape painting Barbizon school representatives, romantics and impressionists XIX century. His style differs a heightened sense of the atmosphere, ease of transmission of the light space.
The collection is a painting by Richard Parkes Bonington 'boats off the coast of Normandy "(ok.1825) on the provenance of this painting has the following information:
Цитата:
In 1869, Emperor Alexander III purchased now on sale collection G.A.Kusheleva-Bezborodko Bonningtona as a product, but due to irreconcilable differences with the other works of the artist, it was expelled from his creative legacy. Judging from the characteristic shape of the rock with a grotto, landscape was painted not far from Etretat in Norman.

Hermitage site can be read:

On the gifted landscape and historical painter RP Bonington can be judged by several compositions, the best of which - "Boats off the coast of Normandy" (ok.1825).

Also on all resources, this painting is attributed to the brush Bonington.

Careful examination of the plot, manners and techniques of this work as well as provenance and unauthorized absence from the film details the author raises doubts about the affiliation Richard Parkes Bonington. In my opinion, are more likely picture painted by the French artist Eugene Isabey (1803-1886), a representative of the Romantic movement in XIX., On whose work Bonington had some impact.
Comparison of the two authors reveals the disparity of style, technique and manners, at the same time, this picture clearly fit into the mainstream work of Eugène Isabey.
