"Morning"

Interesting interview with the daughter Yablonska:

On the day of death Tatiana Yablonskaya wrote a sketch with pastels

Her paintings have always sold, they are in Russia, a large amount of work went to China.

Today is nine days after the death of folk artist, a hero of Ukraine Tatyana Yablonska. Her work is unique in its own way: by drawing the view from the window in the kitchen, flowers on your private balcony, the artist filled his paintings genuine, real life. And the woman she was unique - manage to all: to engage in creative work, teach, read poetry, travel, marry, have children ... And with all this, Tatiana Nilovna able to see the great in the small. To create the brilliant work she did not have to somewhere far away to leave the choice of nature - each twig, a ray of sun, strolling in the park mothers with prams on canvas Yablonska sounded unique melody.

I thought that Yushchenko spoke sincerely

- Over ten years of my mother's work is not on display - they are in the museum of Ukrainian art, ie lie in the cellar, - a "manual" daughter of the artist Gayane Atayan. - Now, though, there passes an exhibition of artists of the twentieth century, but in autumn it closes, and the picture again, "settled" in the basement. The museum motivates this state of affairs that do not have enough display area, but, alas, no convincing explanation. You can often do the changing exhibit: one half artist, half another, and so on, or get a serious gap in the cultural space. Always so sad when I turn to foreigners to the question, where you can see the work Yablonska. "In the Tretyakov Gallery" - replied .- There no one withdraws. In our approach betrays a Ukrainian shtetl, when in pursuit of modern art renounce their own classics.

- And what you said at the wake mom with Viktor Yushchenko?

- He came up to me, offered his condolences. He said that will create a museum Tatiana Yablonska. It seemed to me that he spoke sincerely.

My mother gave birth to me 42 years

- Gayane, how my mother managed in such a huge creative activity and engage in more lifestyle? - Well, at first had two daughters, I came much later, in the second marriage - my mother gave birth to 42 years. Indeed, creative woman, very hard not to fall into extremes - either completely run farm, or getting bogged down in domestic issues. But all my mother came easily because she sincerely believed in the high destiny of man on earth. She did everything with passion: painting and writing, and children are being raised, and the soup was cooking. Housemaid we never had, though, after a heart attack, she invited the woman to wash the windows. Mom cooked perfectly. I remember she gave 70 years of a laurel wreath, and he now hangs over the bed. When my mom forgot to buy spices for the soup, then said: "Dochura, sod a leaf from the wreath from him not fail." I always laughed after these words.

- And how family lived in material terms?

- We have always lived very modestly. It is not that needed, do not write that Tatiana Yablonskaya died in poverty. In principle, we had everything you need: shelter, food, clothing. By the summer residences and vehicles mother was indifferent. She was very fond of clay souvenirs and drove them from everywhere, and how many volumes of poetry brought home! I remember once my mother asked a friend: "Tanya, why your girls are so modestly dressed, because you're a painter?" To which the mother replied: "So and dressed modestly." It was not tryapichnitsey not liked much nakupat shmotok, jewelry - always put the spiritual above the material. She was the favorite Finnish suit, in which we have her and buried. But it's not because she wanted money for himself, just in a different way she was raised. Her parents were teachers, very educated people, they decided not to give his daughter in the Soviet school, and gave her a quality education at home. Her paintings have always sold, they are in Russia, a large amount of work went to China. Something we sell now. My mother was very hospitable man - she loved to take guests to entertain. In general, it is easy to lose money: when an earthquake in Armenia, donated a large enough amount. And she never had a fear of how we will survive.

- Mom grieved at old age?

- She was going through hard not to age, and inability to operate at full force. She wrote constantly. On the day of death, but she died in the evening, she drew a sketch with pastels - blue bells in a jar, this bouquet I still stands. My mother was a woman until the last breath - do not get up, move about in a wheelchair, and all asked: "comb my hair." Once we received a telegram from Ivan Ivy: "Wee завжди boule i залишитесь zhinkoyu elegance.

FROM THE FILES "KP"

Tatiana Yablonskaya - Professor ATO. 1966-1968 gg. - Composition department head of the Kiev Art Institute. 1951-1958 gg. - Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, since 1963 - Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Winner of USSR State Prize, awarded with the Red Banner of People's Friendship, "For Merit", the Hero of Ukraine (with the award of the Order of the State).

WAY

A native artist from Smolensk. In the Ukraine, her family came by accident: after the October Revolution, the parents of the future artist looking for ways to emigrate abroad - first in Odessa, then through Kamenetz-Podolsk. When both attempts failed, the family settled in Lugansk, where Yablonskaya and went to do the Kiev Art Institute.

Was the case

Girl with pictures

- In a family like yours, need to be a family legend.

- We have - but it's not a legend, but reality. In the famous painting "Morning" shows, my sister Helen, do gymnastics. It was in the house on Chervonoarmiiska (one of the central streets of Kiev. - Comm. Ed.). Lelechka, so we called her, after school went to Moscow to enroll in the Stroganov Art School. There she met a guy from Kazakhstan, who later became her husband. And after her marriage, he casually told me that he had a youthful dream - to meet a girl like the one that is depicted in the painting "Morning", the same charming and graceful. He had this picture, cut from the log home hanging over the bed. Can you imagine what he felt when Lena told him that my mother wrote the picture with her!
