- Some say you need to go to Rosskulturu and get an "object", a saber or revolver certificate stating that the cultural value (ZC).
I calmly go through the border.
And then almost walk on the street with CC Mauser without fear.
- Others say that the certificate of the CC is no use to anybody, but to go to the MVD because all the weapons and podpodaet under the rules of the weapons.
