Since much of the distinguished SAH started talking about the wonderful artist MD Todorov, you would not like that name was lost in one of the posts ... so to create a separate topic.

The name of the honored art worker of the Ukrainian SSR Mikhail Dmitrievich Todorova widely known in our country and abroad. His works have been successfully exhibited at the republican and All-Union art exhibitions, as well as in Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Egypt, Japan. The artist's canvases are on permanent display in many art museums in Ukraine.
Discharged in 1945 from the Soviet Army, Todorov, interrupted by the war continued his studies at the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture Academy of Fine Arts of the USSR (Leningrad) in the well-known Soviet artists Yoganson B. and A. Zaitsev. After graduating in 1949, the Institute, he returned to his native Odessa, where over the 1951-1957 period teaching at the Odessa Art College. At the same time a lot of hard work and creativity. Difficult to name a favorite genre of the artist. It serves equally well as the author of thematic paintings, landscapes, portraits, still lifes.
