German School - a picture from Ukraine?
Dear friends
Came across one (western) auction here on this work, size 70 by 50 cm Written "German school", the artist and time are not specified. And the picture - a clear Ukrainian! Ukrainian girl, age 19, or I, having been born and have lived in Kiev, I do not understand the Ukrainian national costume  What do you say? And there is a German school? Thank you!
