A couple of days ago everyone who writes about art posted news:
French customs authorities confiscated a painting by Picasso worth 25 million euros

With some details:
Picasso at the cost of 25 million euros, recognized cultural value and are prohibited to be exported from Spain, was seized on a yacht off the coast of Corsica, — said the French authorities.

As stated by the head of the French customs, the work of Picasso "Head of a young woman" wanted to take to Switzerland. The captain of the yacht, where he was found painting, was able to provide only two accompanying document to it, one of which was the decision of the Spanish court from may 2015, banning the export of this paper from the territory of Spain.

Don't know about the rest of humanity, and I have two questions:
1. What this attempt an illegal move will be the owner?
2. Why this picture was estimated at 25 million Euros?

The first question of interest in the context of our internal events, as we remember our recently vigilant customs officers stopped the export of three paintings now in full swing the result with the term "landings". And if for example the Spanish banker Jaime the Butene nothing will happen (and it is the second time trying to take a picture), then ... what?
