So I decided to ask opinions on the forum.

If I had sufficient knowledge in this area (some are, but obviously insufficient , to my regret ), I would not recommend it.
I live in the U.S., but here it is often people are selling very cheap pretty interesting things , just need to find and understand them right price . I study here .

I'm not familiar with the pricing of the artist at auction . Prompt , the price of the picture is formed after the first sale or a set of multiple sales?
Provincial auctions (for example , I live in Phoenix , at a minimum , there are three art auction here that exist on a permanent basis , mainly exhibiting art in the style of ethnic Indians, but not only that) is formed or not prices are a guideline ?
