You look at the work of artists of the Situation International , COBRA and other associations of post-war Europe , and that's where the dog is buried. And Basquiat not primary , it is on the post-war artists, including the U.S. , such as Rauschenberg , early Cy Twombly . And this parallel , invisible in Moscow because of the absence of these artists in the collections and exhibitions in Europe is obvious. Good or bad in terms of progress - I do not know , of course.
