"Portrait with history" - at the Gallery "The striker assembly" from March 6 to April 27

The exhibition "Portrait with history" gather in "Gallery on Lenivka» c 6 March to 27 April 2013 paintings and graphics of the last three centuries, from portraits of the royal nobles to the image of our contemporaries.
The project is devoted to portraits c unusual model: the famous contemporary artist (and sometimes himself), his non-random acquaintance, or carrier strange fate. And it's the portraits have lived after its creation unusual life. And how inanimate image is sometimes included in the living world, reversing the tide.
Artists exhibitions: Alex Arapov, Mstislav Dobuzhinsky Alexander Drevin, Alex Isupov, Konstantin Korovin, Boris Kustodiev, Eugene Lancer, Alexander Moravia, Gregory Myasoedov, Leonid Pasternak, Ilya Repin and Nikolai Sinezubov, Konstantin Somov, Robert Falk, Alexander Yakovlev, and others.
Many of the characters, the characters are well known to the audience, such as Ilya Repin pose theater critic Nicholas Evreinov, Leo Tolstoy, written by Alexander Moravovym "from life" at Yasnaya Polyana, his wife and constant model Konstantin Korovin actress Nadezhda Komarovskaya and many, many others.
The exhibition "Portrait with history" is a story about how much to fit (perhaps deliberately) on the canvas or paper, how familiarity with the model changes the view of the portrait, and that the items also have their own destiny.
