Do not quite understand the phrase. What is it , how anyone thinks? The fact that there is no striking phenomena in painting ( well, that is a secondary artists write stuff ) the purchaser is a buy nothing? Or - there are bright conditions , and the buyer somewhere zapropal , an infection ?
