In my opinion, this is an early Yuri Yegorov (1926-2008)
The recently acquired an interesting portrait of a woman . Oil on canvas , approx 50x70 cm About 30 works are shown with their relatives in Mariupol. According to them the portrait of 15 year old ballerina Nina Ivanova Andrianovna (1938-1985) , who danced in the Odessa Opera House , and then was the choreographer for the famous Odessa skaters (name specified). In the lower left corner of the monogram reads : YE . The first thing that came to mind - Odessa , Yuri Yegorov . A couple of days examining the frame, discovered an inscription in pencil - " Yegorov ," which was hidden under the metal corner, fastening the frame.
Yuri Yegorov, has developed his own style in the 1960s and 70s , so this work falls in the time period of his studies at the " Muhinke " and bears no resemblance to its " corporate identity ". Unfortunately , to find his early work, I could not . I look forward to Odessa , and art collectors, who will confirm or refute my assumptions of them.
