Germany wants to return the paintings from the Art Museum in Simferopol
The conflict over the arts. Germany wants to return 87 paintings, which are now on display in the Simferopol Art Museum. After the war, a collection of paintings taken from the museum in Aachen as compensation for destroyed German works of art that belonged to Simferopol museum.
