The issue of export of Russian paintings of the old N /x
Dear Colleagues,
Tell me, whether I will be given a permit for the export of paintings by an unknown artist , if her age is over 100 years? I just need to understand whether or not to bother - can not issue permits at all, on this " old" painting . Sorry if lift is already " beaten " theme . Just ran into this need , and I would like to ask how to be more experienced colleagues. |
