Do I always have an expert present at the airport?
Hello! How is the customs clearance of import KC, if the airport is not an expert Culture Ministry ? Suppose I arrive at night. Registration takes place without him, or KC , I pick up and placed in a customs warehouse until the arrival of an expert or until such time as I did not do that expertise?
