The disaster on the River. Bulgaria

As parents continue to live with the survivors of Bulgaria. We are drowning children? They probably before the end of life will remember these moments . And , as we now live captains who did not stop their ships ? Who knows, maybe do not see ( the storm waves). Or is power so spoiled people? Do not want to believe that everything is so terrible. I think that just Russian slovenliness and campers and staff. God grant that this never happens again .
