Help with valuation

Good afternoon.
Inherited inherited two paintings .
The first was under glass , preserved better .
It is signed: Iv.Tihomirov 1927
Oil on canvas , size : 35 * 25cm , unframed ( picture I trees )

The second one was without a glass , considerably frayed .
No signature and the year , but probably by the same author and period , because the patched according to his father in the family picture appeared simultaneously .
Oil on canvas , size : 40 * 23 cm , unframed

Tell me they are worth anything ?
