Why is this mysterious stranger chose this institution to transfer the national heritage  ?! What was his motivation? Expropriation? I wanted to fix the old communist truth "art belongs to the people" and the Communist Party and the people - are the same, then art must belong to the Communist Party? Saw a story about a grave moral life of the "oppressed women of the East" or guided by other reasons ?!
