So I have this need to seek help.
I buy. I like to madness. The artist is known, the assessment is. Properly assessing the amount I can pull, but the picture has suffered (according to seller) of the fragments during the war. Need serious restoration. Size large (approximately 50 to 85) that, in my understanding, too much for the ultimate cost of restoration. Very need your score to the list of required works and their estimated price in St. Petersburg. Photos, unfortunately, only one. I understand that this is not enough for a serious evaluation, but I need at least the order of digits. Once heard the view that the restoration is 2 times more expensive than the cost of the work. In this case, I do not make sense to buy. I just never be able to restore it.
