Harutiun Kalents - Armenian artist. Kalents born in 1910 in the city Kyurun (Ottoman Empire). In 1915 the survivors of the genocide of Armenians, was in Aleppo, where until 1922 he lived an orphanage. In 1927 he founded in Tripoli (Lebanon), and the 1930th moved to Beirut and took an active creative life. In 1946 they were finally settled in Armenia, in the same year he was a member of the Union of Artists of Armenia. Solo Exhibitions Kalentsa organized and after its removed from the Artists' Union, accused of formalism and cosmopolitanism. Armen Kalents died in 1967 in Yerevan.
