Painting on a cut tree

Would not someone from forumchan examples of oil painting, done on the cut (saw cut) - round or oval - a tree trunk? I do not mean modern kitsch, and the painting, done 100 years and more ago. The fact that on this basis that some icons were painted, I know, examples of what the Internet is. But examples of secular ancient painting on that basis I go there, alas, did not fall.
