Yarkin Vladimir Petrovich

Born in 1939 in the city of Orenburg.
In 1966 he graduated from Penza art school named after K. A. Savitsky, and in 1974 with honors from the Leningrad Academy of arts. From 1976 to 1979 he worked in the workshop of the Academy of arts under the direction of people's artist, academician C. M. Oreshnikov. In 1979, invited to the Studio of artists - painters of the Navy (led 1986-87 gg). B. N. Arcanum written more than 50 paintings on historical and contemporary topics fleet, many of which are in collections and exhibitions of Russian and foreign museums.
