The buyer is any good - it's only a question of price . But it is not something about this: if the auction house is ready in two weeks perevystavit unsold lot with markdowns up to 20%, which prevents IMMEDIATELY drop to that price ? Or there was the practice that a real buyer in the first auction does not come because of inadequate reserves and batten down the starting price , but comes too soon for the second or third attempt to sell ? Well this practice and have to rack .
