Otarov Boris Sergeevich ,1916-1991.
Boris Otarov was born in 1916 in Tbilisi . In Georgia, he spent his childhood . He always dreamed of becoming an artist , but his father was strongly against . Boris Otarov entered the Physics and Mathematics at Moscow University.
