Hello, please help to attribute and evaluate the picture.
Oil on canvas, the canvas itself pasted on cardboard in the bottom right corner of the remains of the signature, and that something similar to the 1900 date.
size about 17h24 and the feeling that the canvas was cut off.

I agree . Until souvenir painting does not hold. As an interesting study - a composition . Although it takes some of the design and processing of the composition.
