In my opinion, not a copy.

Seems to work with nature, at least in the initial stage of the painting.

The work is not hopeless. But during the restoration it seems too anew , and it seems falshaki . But perhaps , in the photo just hard to see.
In the name of the first letter "F" - that is, You can take your Benezit, if you believe that the work to 1900 ( and the frame says that "until "), and browse all the artists on this letter, there are many of them monogram and autographs.
