On the synthesis of these two most beautiful of the arts referred from age to age. Consideration of the features of the artistic image of the picturesque and musical works to determine the possibility of their interaction.
I appeal to the history of world art and culture shows that there is an organic link between the arts, which at the dawn of human history was in the form of ritual and religious activities, celebrations and banquet performances, folk shows and carnivals. Painting and music were compared and analyzed, drawing a parallel. In the Indian medieval aesthetics Sharigadevi seven major notes correspond to the seven colors - pale pink lotus petals, orange, gold, jasmine flowers white or black, bright yellow, speckled. In the Chinese system of five tones are painted in yellow, white, green, red and black, respectively. Interesting sites on the topic: http://prometheus.kai.ru/skr-chur_r.htm http://www.all-2music.com/rais_music_painting.html But as our contemporary, they discovered for themselves. In 2005 in Irkutsk took an unusual concert - works by contemporary Russian and Finnish composers famous artist Vladislav Nesynov directly on the stage under the influence of the music to create a new canvas. The action was perfectly synchronized, while the ensemble was tuned to the concert and went through final preparations, moisturizing artist canvas. In the process, he gave comments - it helps paint a better bed. Worked Vladislav Nesynov gouache, since it does not smell as strong as oil paints, and therefore will not be distracted listeners from the music. The concert lasts for half an hour, during which time the artist created a new canvas. He explained that "the first abstract will stain. That is painting will be some period of civilization. Since the geometric things, then the images of animals, then people, then groups of people, then perhaps all will go into a blank canvas - again, all the paint. Probably the avant-garde music affects the abstract art. The first part of the concert program consists of works by contemporary Finnish composers, in which the ancient Finnish pagan spells laid on the basis of jazz composer Kimmo Hakola. This is followed by Alfred Schnittke, Rodion Shchedrin. Then the works of young Russian composers. His innovation in the music program Nesynov artist explains: "This is an unusual technique, an unusual type of work, because usually a painter approaches the canvas, making the image, and it does not change, but improved. It changes the sound and changing the image. The synthesis of music and painting takes on the video of the artist's family, then the author will be able to see the part of the creative process. Later images will be followed up in detail in the workshop, after which it will be finally concluded that the effectiveness of union of painting and music. Yes, it is interesting to look: eek: |

Leonardo da Vinci:
«Music can only be described as a sister of painting, because it is the subject of hearing, after the second sense of ... But the painting than music and commands it, because he did not die immediately after its occurrence, as the unfortunate music ». |

Incidentally, I discovered for myself curious fact ... Listening to classical music or light jazz when you view the painting many times reinforces the impression and perception. Music allows you to isolate themselves from the outside world, other visitors, lets concentrate on works of art and paintings is perceived quite differently than without music. He was very impressed at the time this discovery and many exhibitions try to watch the music in my ears, though the part is probably wildly looks)) Also, remember the great Kandinsky and his "Compositions and Improvisations," in which he tried to combine music and color ))

A striking example of the organic synthesis of painting and music was the work of the great Lithuanian and Russian composer and artist Mikalyusa Čiurlionis (1875-1911). In his paintings there is movement, such movement and development of musical themes. This is especially evident in cycles of paintings, sonatas, and his form approaching the major forms of music ( "Spring Sonata" "Sonata stars", "Sea Sonata" "Sonata in the sun"). And his "Fugue" is built on the principle of musical counterpoint and even visually resembles the score of fugue.
