Default First kiss

Good day.

Please tell about the picture, is it worth it to restore or not.
There are two ways:
1) To restore. How much will it cost?
2) Do not renovate and sell as is. And also a question of price.
Defects in all the photographs. I can tell when the picture hangs on the wall, the only visible defect in the girl's neck.
Upon closer examination:
1) shows tears of the canvas;
2) It can be seen bulging canvas.

Size of painting 103x65 cm Box width 7 cm framed painting.
Unknown artist G. Ovechkin. 1947.

Stalevar,
In the regional museum conservators take over its work with this picture about $ 100-150, not more. It can cost $ 500-800, mainly for the size, but not for the author and the painting itself (the usual kitsch). Here and consider whether to restore? I think that we should not bother with the restoration, it looks better without it

You are in the sense of restoration or sale?
