Default Oriental girl with tambourine - who's the author?

Please help me with the authorship of the picture - maybe someone knows an arm or a signature? No frame , a canvas on an old form , not in very good condition , just lying under the bed. The artist's signature is visible clearly , see the third photo - LP , TV , or PV, is not to disassemble .
If the quality of the first two pictures is poor, try to do better .

And what is the picture behind the brown paint slipped so familiar?

This is a very suspicious thing actually ...

The picture resembles a copy of something, perhaps even magazine graphics some, and even a photo.

It seems that this is a reproduction, glued to the canvas on the edge of fabric that is clearly visible!
The grain of the canvas is not visible!

You're probably right.
I am not an expert, and had no idea what is doing it.
Because of the textured brush strokes with oil in the jewelry created the impression of integrity.

Exactly.
Therefore craquelure shallow, varnish or paint from highly diluted over reproduction.

It's funny, found a similar thread in another section of the forum - http://forum.artinvestment.ru/showthread.php?p=1818643.

A girl like girls Zihelya - http://www.evesmag.com/sichel.htm.

Perhaps this is a reproduction of his paintings.

It may well be Nathaniel Sichel (1843-1907)

In the winter time I look at it and imagine that this is a real fire and a pot of lamb stew with real garlic, and I feel a little warmer. - Papa Carlo, I give an honest word doll - you will have a real fire in the hearth, cast iron pot and a real hot soup.
