The picture has no artistic value, the sale is nearly impossible, but it is possible to donate.
Conferred shall not be offended.

Thank you for your reply.

Add a little variety , I think, to the left of the stones near the " pond " is something like the inscription "Vincent", maybe I 'm wrong , it is written too small. I'm not an expert on " Vincent ," I do not know even whether he had anything like this size melkoformatnoe , but for the sake of diversity , as I said , I would like something more to hear from respected experts. Thank you!

Igor, very much you are categorical.
Painting, for me, produces very professional show.
There is something deeper.
Contemplate!

West Flanders and the north, already Zealand - where there, some structures at sea, such as dams.

And the mussels probably collect those two figures.

Rather, the collected belong to the land of the rising tide.

Blame , of course, assumes the picture reminds me of Van Gogh , with an early , perhaps just before he met the Impressionists , or immediately after the meeting : the motion brush technique , color ( orange , yellow colors ) , although this may be , many wrote at the time.

Dear Cyril Syzran in my opinion correctly observed - Flanders and the west. Maybe France ? Similar dams picture is the picture of Van Gogh, made by San -Marie. With regard to the inscription , " Vincent " - found it by accident , though perhaps it is not an inscription, but very similar.

Below , the figure of Van Gogh with a dam, photo Sainte-Marie today and the alleged inscription on the painting.

About Vincent once again all we know, in Sainte-Marie was in 1988, tons of e in its heyday , can not be called early . All that he wrote during his stay , it is well known what manner , too, is one of the pictures in those days , the stormy sea , hangs in the Pushkin . Such a small size , he did not write. In Sainte-Marie Vincent sizes - 40x50 and more .
But your idea is beautiful - especially the signature is encoded in the bush.
