Maybe ... name like the "Ba .." begins, and the signature of anyone trying to read too ... drawn Crimea.

It seems to me that the name is in the genitive case, as it faces "schago", ie ending after the transfer to the old spelling: "lyubyaschago", "sluzhaschago" etc. Then the name could start with "Ci" and ending with "UK". Would you give a complete picture of all the inscriptions, then we could compare the other poorly-read letters.

Interesting. This is an obvious first two letters of the initials. And none of them is not a "B". And before the big "K" clear "L", judging by the handwriting. A name like in the genitive case. Ranged around: "Keith - NCA. (On-site short of letters dashes)

This is most likely the signature of just the donor, not the artist. You can compare the letter "K" in the caption for the picture and rich "K" in the signature of the donor. But this is just my opinion.
