Jade gather, but with interest - to investigate its influence on the causal relationships of life.
Jade is a sacred stone of many civilizations. Many people believed jade stone of victory - and himself, and over the circumstances. He takes "damage", straightens way of life. Stone is one of the most powerful of amulets against lightning, etc.

This is an external stylization, and the true art of China's ancient and mysterious civilization has the original spirit permeated the philosophy and history!? Prices do not he mad, rising to 300%per year! http://www.openspace.ru/news/details/14270/

But, of course, there are worthy examples of Chinoiserie. Recently went to Prechistenka cents "Artifact", saw the vase, even very nice.
Chinoiserie - is the word, and literally rather disparagingly - kitayschina.
Especially evident as the style in the event of the first porcelain factories in Europe - Mason, Vienna, Berlin. And as any imitative style, was doomed to a short existence. Gradually, with Chinese motifs European artists moved to Europe. Chinese motifs - it is always a philosophy that was alien to Europeans. It is quite another - the second coming of the East to Europe during the second half of the 19 th century. Modern experienced a very powerful influence of art of the East. I do not remember who said of the great: "The fact that we create and are striving for - among the Japanese that live every day." I remember from the catalog costume fireman, rasisanny as a work of art.

Interesting exhibits Hunshan Culture (5000-3000 years BC)
These two dragons supporting triangular bi-disc, depicted as a whole, this implies that the opportunity to explore the mystery of the universe comes from a true association and cooperation of people. Mystic characteristics of the universe were represented triangular bi-disc, which is a ritual object on the sky. Form a triangle, in many civilizations, mystical, and aligned with the flow of cosmic energy, for example, the Pyramid. In addition, the characters, the inscription on the surface of the triangular bi-ROM [月作女], which can be interpreted as a ritual object used to zhenschinoy dedicated to the moon. This - a big exhibit of jade culture Hunshan from a great philosopher, a great painter of ancient times. (translated from ang. I)

Default Ishou

It seems - Winged Ishou with a cub. Carving jade super, seen undoubted skill, how much? Where sold?

Interesting mention of nephritis. It is said that Confucius was very concerned about his fruitless attempts to change the morality of his contemporaries - found solace in playing the "musical stone". Peasant, who heard his tone, he exclaimed: "Really crowded heart of the man who so beats the musical stone on!"
"... when struck it produces clear sound, long and slow
the dying away, recalling the music ..."( Confucius)

It is difficult to say exactly on the photo, in my view, the end of 19 - Beginning of the .20.
-------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------
Jade is true at impact produces a very pleasant musical sound, "a prolonged and slow the dying away, recalling the music" (try this).
