Pictures from the traveling exhibition VM Diffine Christi (1918-2010). Exposition of works by the artist launched at the Art Museum of Cherepovets.

In April 2011 hosted the first posthumous exhibition of the artist in Moscow in August 2011 exhibition was held in Veliky Novgorod, in February 2012 in the Pereslavl-Zaleski.

Pupil S.Gerasimova, bright representative of the Moscow School of Painting, Diffine Christi was formed as an artist back in the prewar years. During the creative period, it was strongly influenced by her husband, Yevgeny Diffine which the same S.Gerasimov described as the "main korovinista", continuing the traditions of the great Russian artist Konstantin Korovin.

Unfortunately, the early death of the evacuation in Samarkand interrupted his brilliant but short career. As a result of a long quest, the 60-th years of last century Diffine Christi is a unique and well-recognized style: light, airy, as it dissolves into a fantastic mirage, and almost outlines the absorbing subject.
